I've heard that the pain of a kidney stone is equal to, or worse than giving birth. What an adventure, and one I hope you never have to repeat. You are really an amazing woman to have handled all that on your own; I know you had no choice, but you are still amazing. If this happens again, perhaps you might want to call 911, so that you'd have some assistance? (not criticizing you, it just worries me that you had to do this all on your own when you were so sick.)
