I may have found an alternative to the Nano. I'm looking at the Cowon iAudio 9. For $10 more, it's double the capacity, and from browsing reviews, I've noticed that Cowon has a good reputation so far. Anyway, it's something to consider.

Aren't you guys glad that I'm dragging you along on this extended window shopping? Horrors, I have to buy a new phone this month, so I can't get the MP3 player until next month, so that means another month of me waffling around!
