This has been a quiet day, and a writing day. I got to read and critique a fun piece of fanfic, took some notes for two more (linked) Regency romances I want to write, and finished the rewrites on a Prelude chapter. Plus, for breakfast, I watched the last episode of The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh. I have a hard time thinking of a better way to spend a day.

I finally got around to watching Pirates of the Caribbean 3. I enjoyed it, I can't deny it. I spent a lot of the last half of it on the edge of my seat. But my feelings are very mixed. I'll put a brief few reasons under a cut for spoilers.
