I think [livejournal.com profile] theteaqueen's good vibes really helped! (And those of all the rest of you, too.) The Theraflu let me sleep through the night, and I got up this morning without that awful fever. Therefore, I felt much better. I went most of the day without meds, only taking some at 2:00 for the cough.

For the first time since the day after Christmas, I actually felt like choosing what I wanted to do, as opposed to just dully staring at things until either something appealed to me as not-too-awful, or I just went to bed. Today, I read books, played online, watched TV, and.... drum roll... wrote!

I finished up a mystery I was reading so that I could go back and read the God Stalk stories by P. G. Hodgell. [livejournal.com profile] starwefter told me that PGH was still writing, something I didn't know, and that she has a blog. I PM'd her (Hodgell, that is) through LJ, and she answered me! Now I'm all excited about the new books coming out.

For TV, I finished up the last episodes of The Equalizer. Still love that show. [livejournal.com profile] zora113, if you ever see it, you'll know why the name John Cullum creeped me out!

As for the writing, actually, that's a bit of a cheat. I'm not writing anything new, but editing my baby, Redhand. I've been taking copious notes in One Note, and have created a basic mythology, both things I needed to do because I have one sequel almost finished and plan two more. What I need to do now is figure out how to draw a map of the world as I go from place to place with my heroes. But oh, I am having so much fun with Jil and Uru (the bear) again! Actually, I'm enjoying being with all the characters.
