The police didn't want to file a report, because the accident happened on private property. But Wal Mart had security cameras there, and one of the security guys looked at the tape and told Randi it was perfectly clear the other guy was at fault. They don't destroy the tapes, so I'm covered. We'll report it to our insurance - only as an incident, not a claim - and maybe that will be the end of it.
